About Me

CHASE  VAN OOSTENDORP

I graduated from The William S. Boyd School of Law in Las Vegas Nevada. Go Rebs!  While attending school, I was able to gain practical experience in different areas of law. I spent a semester at the Clark County District Attorney's Office where I helped with a variety of high profile cases. I interned with The Honorable Wesley Yamashita, Probate Commissioner of Clark County, Nevada. I learned at his side and sat next to The Commissioner in court.

After graduation, I felt a pull towards Family Law. I relocated from Las Vegas to St. George and began full-time practice in Southern Utah. I have spent the last decade of practice focused primarily on Family Law and representing clients of Southern Utah in all kinds of Family Law related matters including: divorce, custody, paternity, adoptions, guardianships, modifications and more. This is my specialty, this is my joy. It is very rewarding to see the positive effect helping families can have. I have successfully litigated some of the most difficult Family Law cases and am very familiar with the legal environment here in Southern Utah.

I opened VAN LAW, PLLC in 2021.

I am half Dutch and very proud of my Netherland heritage. I even named my first Daughter Holland. I love to cook and spend my free time experimenting with recipes and perfecting dishes to serve to my family. I love all things outdoors and love the show "Seinfeld". I am an avid hobbyist and move from hobby to hobby learning and researching along the way. I am proud to be married to the best person I have ever met, who is an amazing mother to our 4 wonderful children. We both enjoy serving in our church and traveling together as a family.
